1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a quote request or booking transportation through Max Limo Aspen ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms govern all transportation services provided by Max Limo Aspen in Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt, Carbondale, and surrounding areas of Colorado.

2. Reservations and Confirmations

A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from Max Limo Aspen. Submitting a quote request through our website initiates the booking process but does not guarantee availability.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup times, locations, and flight information. Max Limo Aspen is not liable for missed pickups resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We understand that travel plans change, especially in mountain environments, and we work with clients on a case-by-case basis.

For airport transfers, we monitor flight status and adjust pickup times accordingly at no additional charge. Please notify us as soon as possible of any significant itinerary changes.

4. Rates and Payment

Rates are quoted based on the trip details provided and are subject to change if the scope of service changes materially (e.g., additional stops, extended wait time, or route changes). Final pricing will be confirmed before your trip.

Gratuity is not included in quoted rates and is at the client's discretion. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damage to the vehicle, or waiting time beyond agreed grace periods.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and drivers with respect. Max Limo Aspen reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a passenger's behavior poses a safety risk or causes damage to the vehicle.

  • No smoking or vaping in vehicles
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times
  • Alcohol consumption is subject to Colorado law
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle

6. Luggage and Personal Property

Max Limo Aspen will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your luggage. However, we are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left in the vehicle. Please check the vehicle before departing.

7. Weather and Road Conditions

Mountain driving conditions in Colorado can be unpredictable. Max Limo Aspen operates with safety as the top priority. We reserve the right to modify routes, delay departures, or decline service if road conditions present an unreasonable safety risk.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, accidents, or other conditions beyond our control. We will communicate proactively and work with you to find the best solution.

8. Limitation of Liability

Max Limo Aspen's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific trip in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, connections, or events.

We carry appropriate commercial transportation insurance as required by Colorado law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the courts of Pitkin County, Colorado.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
